Lizard in the House

Yesterday the girls came and told me there was a lizard under K's bed. Yes, they insisted, it was a real lizard. J wanted to catch it herself, but I made her leave her room until we could get Mr. K in there to do it since he's a professional lizard-remover.

He got a few glueboards and put them places the lizard was likely to go, including the corner under the bed. We saw the lizard come out from under the bed, and Mr. K scared it back under the bed. It ran into the corner, and immediately was stuck on the glueboard.

We took it outside with a can of Pam (cooking oil spray), and sprayed the lizard a little, which released him from the glueboard with a little nudging. The lizard ran across the driveway and hid in the brush.
